Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, hosted in the australia-southeast2 (Melbourne) region. Firebase complies with international security standards including ISO 27001 and SOC 2/3.

Access to your account data is restricted to:

• You, via the Bang-A-Buck app
• Authorised café staff, solely to process stamps and redemptions
• Bang-A-Buck administrators, for account management purposes

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell your data under any circumstances.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time via the app or by contacting us
